The core of what we do: a reliable, monitored data flow between two platforms, built against their published APIs, mapped field by field and tested with your own data before it goes anywhere near production.

When this is the right fit

  • Both systems have a documented, modern API — REST, GraphQL, SOAP or webhooks.
  • The same records are being entered, copied or exported by hand today: orders, products, stock, customers, invoices.
  • You know which direction the data should move and, for anything two-way, which system should win a disagreement.

What we build

  • A field-level mapping agreed in writing first — every field, its source, its destination and how mismatches are handled.
  • The integration itself, running on infrastructure we set up or yours, with a queue so neither system is overwhelmed.
  • Error handling that alerts the moment a transfer fails, retries safely against each API’s rate limits, and never creates a duplicate from a repeated event.
  • A transaction log so any single record can be traced from one system to the other.
  • A staging environment that mirrors production for testing and for future changes.

How we work

  • Fixed scope, fixed price. The mapping and a fixed price are agreed before we write code. No open-ended day rate.
  • Built against a sandbox, then acceptance tested with a sample of your real data.
  • Supported go-live and a short stabilisation period.
  • Handed over in full — source code, credentials, configuration and documentation. Nothing to license; any developer can maintain it.

Typical timescale

A single-direction integration between two systems is usually delivered in two to four weeks, including discovery, mapping, build, testing and go-live. Two-way and multi-object integrations are phased.
