Stock synchronisation
One master pushes availability to Amazon Seller with a per-channel buffer so fast movers are not oversold.
Outcome: account health protected.
Getting Amazon Seller to talk to the rest of your systems means keeping listings, settlement reports and order acknowledgements correct on both sides, automatically. That is the integration work we do.
Fixed-scope engagements, delivered by UK-based integration engineers. Documentation and source code handed over on completion.
Amazon Seller holds your orders, listings and settlements. Every other system in the business holds a partial copy of the same data. Our role is to make one the source of truth and keep the rest aligned — through the Amazon Seller API, webhooks where they exist, and a bridging layer where the destination platform has no usable interface of its own.
Keep listings, prices and stock aligned between Amazon Seller and your own storefront, with one owning system per field.
Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento
Feed Amazon Seller from a single stock master with per-channel buffers, and ingest Amazon Seller orders into one order book.
NetSuite, Dynamics, Linnworks, Cin7
Post Amazon Seller settlements — sales, fees, refunds and marketplace tax — into the ledger so the bank reconciles.
Sage, Xero, QuickBooks
Route Amazon Seller orders to the 3PL or WMS and return valid tracking within the marketplace SLA window.
Mintsoft, Peoplevox, FBA hand-off
Connect Amazon Seller to repricing and content tools while keeping your system of record authoritative for price floors.
BQool, RepricerExpress, in-house rules
A legacy listing tool or in-house catalogue connected to $name through a controlled, rate-limit-aware bridge.
SQL Server, SFTP, SOAP, CSV
Each is a defined, testable data flow rather than an open-ended development project.
One master pushes availability to Amazon Seller with a per-channel buffer so fast movers are not oversold.
Outcome: account health protected.
Amazon Seller orders are created in the ERP or OMS with address and tax normalised and allocation in payment order.
Outcome: one fulfilment queue across channels.
Fulfilment and valid tracking are written back to Amazon Seller inside the required window, automatically.
Outcome: late-despatch metrics under threshold.
Amazon Seller payouts are posted to the ledger with fees and refunds separated for clean reconciliation.
Outcome: marketplace P&L visible monthly.
Prices and content flow to Amazon Seller from your system of record, with floors enforced against repricers.
Outcome: no race-to-the-bottom pricing errors.
Several Amazon Seller accounts or regions are consolidated into one stock and order pipeline.
Outcome: one operational view.
Four stages, fixed scope agreed before any code is written. Typical delivery for a single-system integration is two to four weeks.
We document the systems involved, the direction of each flow, and every field that must move — including the awkward ones such as tax, discounts and multi-currency.
Output: written integration specification.
The specification becomes a fixed-price proposal with a delivery schedule and defined acceptance criteria. No time-and-materials open ends.
Output: costed scope for sign-off.
Development against a Amazon Seller development or sandbox environment and a sandbox of the destination system, with your own data used for acceptance testing.
Output: tested integration and test evidence.
Controlled cutover with monitoring in place, followed by handover of code, credentials and documentation, and a period of hypercare support.
Output: live integration, owned by you.

Request a scopeThe hard part is rarely Amazon Seller itself. It is making sure the system on the other end of the wire — often older, undocumented, or maintained by someone who has since left — still gets what it needs, in the shape it expects.
Concretely: a queue so bursts don't overwhelm either side, retries failed calls against Amazon Seller's Selling Partner API (SP-API) limits, and a full transaction log so commission and fee reconciliation is never in question. Amazon Seller can change its API version without anything downstream noticing.
If there is no usable interface at all, the fallback is a flat-file exchange, a direct database connection, or a small REST wrapper we write and host ourselves — whichever fits what is actually there.
A single-direction integration between Amazon Seller and one business system is typically delivered in two to four weeks, including discovery, field-level mapping, build against a sandbox, acceptance testing with your own data and supported go-live. Multi-system programmes are phased.
Yes. Where the other platform has no modern API we bridge it — scheduled file exchange over SFTP, a database-level connector, or a middleware layer that exposes a documented REST interface to Amazon Seller while speaking the legacy system's own protocol behind it.
You do. Source code, credentials, configuration and documentation are handed over on completion, and there is no licence fee for continuing to use it. Monitoring and change support are available under a separate agreement.
Major platforms version their APIs and support each version for a defined period. Integrations under a support agreement are reviewed each release cycle and migrated ahead of deprecation dates; for handed-over work the version dependencies are documented so your team can plan.
Each platform has its own integration guide covering authentication, available endpoints and typical data flows.
